Croissant - you know them, you love them. Ours are made with: pure butter, organic unbleached flour, organic unrefined sugar, local milk, water, yeast, sea salt and fresh eggs for the glaze.
Pain au chocolat: there's no pain eating these. They are made with the croissant dough described above along with two semi-sweet chocolate sticks nestled inside.
Almond croissant: a butter croissant baked with almond filling and topped with sliced almonds.
Chocolate Almond croissant: almond filling baked inside a pain au chocolat and topped with sliced almonds.
Tartlet: both sweet and savory toppings on puff pastry makes a delightful snack or light meal. Our most popular is the mushroom kale and caramelized onion tartlet.
Pizzette: puff pastry topped with classic pizza ingredients: tomatoes, basil, and cheddar cheese.
Danish: who doesn't love a good danish? Ours are filled with a seasonal fruit filling (wild blueberry, rhubarb, strawberry, peach, pear, you get the idea) along with pastry or almond cream.

Whole Wheaty Seedy: This flavorful and hardy organic bread has sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds dispersed throughout. Great toasted for breakfast or as a sandwich bread. It contains whole wheat, unbleached wheat, whole rye, sourdough and yeast.
Havelock Country Sourdough: A classic organic sourdough bread with a crispy crust containing a mix of unbleached wheat, whole wheat and whole rye. Delicious with soup and any meal.
The Good Neighbour: We named this french-style bread after our neighbour, Joe, who described his favourite type of bread as such. It's a light, airy white organic bread with an open crumb. Excellent dipped in olive oil.
Sourdough Rye: A delicious, flavourful whole grain bread made with a mix of whole rye, whole wheat, and unbleached white.
Spelt Quinoa: An organic sourdough bread with a moist crumb. Made with organic spelt flour and cooked quinoa grain. Our little one-year-old girl loves this one. She's always asking for it.
Pretzel: Our soft pretzel is extra yummy because we add sourdough starter along with the usual pretzel ingredients (which include local butter and organic unbleached flour).
Salted Double Chocolate Sablé: A shortbread cookie that will satisfy any chocolate lover twice.
Cherry Chocolate Sablé: Chocolate chunks and dried cherries make a lovely combo in this delightful shortbread cookie.
