Havelock Country Sourdough: A classic organic sourdough bread with a crispy crust containing a mix of unbleached wheat and whole wheat. Delicious with soup and any meal.

Sourdough Baguette: French style sourdough baguette made with the same dough as the Havelock Country. ~ $4


Sourdough Raisin Bread:  A white sourdough bread containing organic Thompson raisins and cinnamon. ~ $7.50

Walnut Bread:  A white sourdough bread with raw organic walnuts. This is a classic bread in France. The raw walnuts give this bread a unique taste and a purple colour to the crumb. Excellent with strong cheeses. ~ $7.50


Roasted Potato Bread:  A white sourdough bread with organic roasted potatoes and rosemary. Wonderful with soup and in a unique grilled cheese sandwich.

Rye Bread:  A hearty sourdough bread made with organic whole rye, unbleached and whole wheat flours.

Spelt Quinoa: An organic sourdough bread with a moist crumb. Made with organic spelt flour and cooked quinoa grain. ~ $4

Whole Wheat Bread: A simple wholesome whole wheat bread. Great for sandwiches. Both a sourdough and yeast bread.

Whole Wheaty Seedy: This flavorful and hardy organic bread has sesame, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds dispersed throughout. Great toasted for breakfast or as a sandwich bread. It contains whole wheat, unbleached wheat, whole rye, sourdough and yeast.

 The Good Neighbour: We named this french-style bread after our neighbour, Joe, who described his favourite type of bread as such. It's a light, airy white organic bread with an open crumb. Excellent dipped in olive oil.

 Fougasse: A stunning french flatbread baked with olive oil and rosemary herb. Lovely dipped in olive oil as an appetizer.

Apricot & Anise:  This small yeasted bread is chock full of organic dried apricots and just the right amount of anise seed. It is made out of our Good Neighbour Bread dough resulting in a soft sweet delicious bread. Great on its own or maybe as french toast? ~ $4.50

Croissant - you know them, you love them. Ours are made with: pure butter, organic unbleached flour, organic unrefined sugar, local milk, water, yeast, sea salt and fresh eggs for the glaze. ~ $2.75

Almond croissant: a butter croissant baked with almond filling and topped with sliced almonds. ~ $3.55

Chocolate Almond croissant: almond filling baked inside a pain au chocolat and topped with sliced almonds. ~ $3.85

Pain au chocolat: there's no pain eating these. They are made with the croissant dough described above along with two semi-sweet chocolate sticks nestled inside. ~ $3.30

Danish: who doesn't love a good danish? Ours are filled with a seasonal fruit filling (wild blueberry, rhubarb, strawberry, peach, pear...you get the idea) along with pastry or almond cream. Ask us which flavours are in season and available. ~ $3.85

Maple Leaf Tart: Like a petite tarte au sucre, but sweetened with 100% pure local maple syrup. ~ $2.50

Savory Danish: savory toppings on a pastry makes a delightful snack or light meal. Flavours vary depending on the day and the baker's inspiration:
-mushroom kale and caramelized onion
-potato, leek and cheddar
-honey ham, cheddar and apple
-pizzette

Apple Turnovers: melt-in-your-mouth apple turnovers. ~$3.30
Note: currently unavailable until apple season in the fall.

Carrot Cake Cupcakes: On Fridays and Saturdays we offer carrot cake cupcakes made with organic toasted walnuts and organic raisins. It is topped with cream cheese icing. ~$3.25

Flour-less French Chocolate Torte: Available Fridays and Saturdays. Scrumptious chocolate cakes made without flour.
Ingredients: Butter, semi-sweet chocolate, organic raw cane sugar, almonds, eggs, organic almond extract, sea salt, icing sugar. Note: though we don't add any wheat to the cake they are made in our facility which uses wheat flour.

Blueberry Lemon Cake: A lovely blueberry-topped cake. Light with hints of lemon. Sold by the slice. Available Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Pretzel: Our soft pretzel is extra yummy because we add sourdough starter along with the usual pretzel ingredients (which include local butter and organic unbleached flour). ~ $2.50

Salted Double Chocolate Sablé: A shortbread cookie that will satisfy any chocolate lover twice. ~ $1.65

 Cherry Chocolate Sablé: Chocolate chunks and dried cherries make a lovely combo in this delightful shortbread cookie. ~$1.95

 Shortbread Cookies Pkg of 10: Melt In Your Mouth Shortbread Cookies. We're always experimenting with new flavours. Customer favourites include lemon lavender and cranberry orange. ~ $6-7/pkg
