Wildflower Bakery brings handmade Artisan Baking to Havelock and area. Our specialty is sourdough bread using only certified organic ingredients and European style pastries made with many organic and local ingredients.

Owned and operated by husband and wife team, Scott Williams and Lea Tran. Wildflower Bakery began doing Farmer's Markets in Peterborough, Havelock and Millbrook, Ontario in 2019. The bakery opened to the public at 4 Oak Street in Havelock on Thanksgiving 2020. The bakery also houses a café with specialty coffees, lunch items, and a small art gallery supporting local artists.

Sourdough bread making workshops has been our newest addition. Offering full day workshops in the winter season.

Scott brings years of baking experience from: Little Stream Bakery in Glen Tay, Ontario, Boulangerie Niemand in Kamouraska, Quebec, Premiere Moisson in the Atwater Market, Montreal, QC, Alpine Bakery in Whitehorse, Yukon, and Polestar Hearth Bakery in Guelph, Ontario.
